Frequently asked questions

Which role should I hire for?

Start from the bottleneck rather than the title. If your constraint is answer accuracy over documents, that is a RAG engineer. If a model needs to take actions safely, that is an AI agent engineer. If enterprise implementations stall, that is a Forward Deployed Engineer.

Can I hire more than one role on the same engagement?

Yes. Many engagements start with one engineer and add a second discipline once the shape of the work is clear. Using the same intake brief keeps the context consistent, so the second match does not start from scratch.

Do you place full-time employees or contractors?

Most engagements are contract, either part-time or full-time hours. Contract-to-hire is supported where local employment arrangements allow it. Tell us which model you need in your brief and we will filter accordingly.

What if the role I need is not listed?

Send the brief anyway. The fourteen listed roles are the ones we have enough vetted depth in to describe honestly. If we cannot cover a request well, we will tell you rather than stretching a nearby role to fit.
